Your new propane refrigerator will be shipped by common freight carrier. Shipping time depends upon your location. Every effort will be taken to send your unit from the closest warehouse to you.

Tracking will be provided as available.

Upon receipt of your unit:

• Inspect the unit for shipping damage.
• Unpack immedately
• Inspect the unit throughly after unpacking.
• Save all packing materials until after the unit is installed and operational.
• Contact us IMMEDIATELY if the unit is damaged.
• Returns for shipping damage have a time limit imposed by the shipping company, sometimes as little as 48 hours.
• If you do not report damage immediately, the shipping company may not pay.
• Returns must be authorized by the warehouse. If it is sent back we may not know who it is from.
